At Blu SKY, whenever we take a call, a devastating event may have just occurred in someone’s personal life or business life, and it’s our job – as quickly, completely, and professionally as possible – to restore order.
We have an emergency response team on call 24/7, and we can usually be to a property within an hour, at a time when every minute counts. Our first actions are to stop further damage and to secure the scene. From there, we begin the process of restoring and rebuilding, collaborating with everyone who has an interest in the property (including emergency services personnel, homeowners, business owners, property managers, commercial building owners, insurance adjusters, and insurance agents).
We are experts in water mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, storm repairs, and contents restoration. To better serve our customers, we have a separate roofing division and general contacting division.
We’ve successfully completed residential, multi-family, and commercial projects, ranging from restoration of a single room to $2 million projects, and we treat each one with the same care and diligence.
Our headquarters is in Centennial, Colorado (on the southern end of the Denver metro area), and we also have offices in: Southern Colorado, Northern Colorado, Western Slope Colorado, Kansas City, Ft. Lauderdale, and Atlanta.
