BluSky Restoration Accelerates Growth with New Office in Minneapolis
Increasing demand for services prompts expansion into Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS, MN. – MARCH 27, 2023 – BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC, a leading national property restoration company in the U.S., continues to expand its presence with the opening of its newest office in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area.

Nick Fossum will oversee operations as vice president of the Minneapolis location. Nick joined BluSky with seven years’ experience in the restoration industry, including construction management and estimating commercial and residential projects. He joined BluSky in 2020 as a project director in the Fort Collins, CO location. Nick is certified with the IICRC for WRT and ASD as well as Lead Certification, Crane Operations, and OSHA 10. He has over 14 years of experience as an engineer in the Army National Guard – responding to natural disasters and flooding throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, Colorado, as well as construction operations support in Romania and Germany.
As vice president of the Minneapolis office, Nick is responsible for managing all branch office operations including business development, customer relationships, project management and administration. He is also responsible for leveraging the BluSky brand to develop relationships with industry professionals resulting in new business opportunities.
“I am honored and very excited to lead the Minneapolis team as well as serve in this role. I can’t wait to grow BluSky in Minnesota, – which is where my family resides, and show our community how we can help those with property damage during emergencies,” remarked Nick on his new position. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, golfing, hunting, ice fishing and snowmobiling.
