Hello, BluSky Nation! Our annual operations retreat is scheduled for June 14-16, 2023, at Live! By Loews in beautiful Arlington, TX! Our theme is “We Stand for Safety”.

TRAVEL
- Please schedule your flights to and from Dallas as soon as possible through Corporate Travel: [email protected] or 800.203.6543.
- Your incoming flight on June 14 must arrive no later than 12noon.
- There will be breakfast and grab and go lunch provided on Friday as the retreat concludes, and your outgoing flight should not leave prior to 2:00pm on Friday, June 16th.
- You will use a ride share or hotel shuttle to and from the hotel. No rental cars are approved during this retreat – if you rent a vehicle the cost will be your personal responsibility.
LODGING
- BluSky will coordinate all hotel accommodations directly with the hotel.
- You will share a room with one other member of the BluSky operations team.
- The time submit your requested roommate closed on Friday, May 5th.
