If the testing company recommends remediation, we schedule a time to inspect your property and prepare an estimate for removal and/or repairs.
Estimate Approval
We provide the proposal and ask for a down payment at time of approval - it's usually 50% of the total contract price. Once these are collected, we schedule the work.
Work Preparation
Our technicians set up containment around the area, as well as floor protection, air scrubbers and in most cases, a dehumidifier.
Demo/Removal of Materials
Affected materials are placed in bags while inside containment and carried outside. In some situations, a tunnel is built leading to the outside to prevent cross-contamination.
Cleaning the Area
We vacuum all surfaces with a HEPA vacuum, then clean surfaces with mold control, apply a stain remover if needed and cover with a mildew resistant paint.
Post-Remediation Test
We complete repairs to the property, including new material installation, painting, and everything in between, followed by a post-test to ensure clearance goals achieved.
Final Walk Through
We walk the property together to ensure your complete satisfaction.
A Certificate of Completion is signed, stating you are happy with our work.
Final Invoice and Review
We send you a final invoice at this time and may send you a survey request. We appreciate your honest feedback.
