Aaron Rich
Chief Information Officer
Aaron Rich serves as Chief Information Officer at BluSky Restoration Contractors, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise systems architecture to support scalable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term enterprise value creation.
In this role, Aaron is responsible for modernizing BluSky’s technology ecosystem, integrating systems across a rapidly expanding national footprint, and building the digital infrastructure required to support complex, multi-site operations. He has transformed IT from a fragmented, acquisition-era environment into a business-aligned function focused on scalability, operational consistency, cybersecurity, and data-driven decision-making. His work enables greater visibility across the organization while improving execution, efficiency, and control at scale.
Aaron brings more than 20 years of experience across software engineering, product development, and enterprise technology leadership, with deep expertise in private equity-backed and growth-oriented organizations. He specializes in using technology as a lever for value creation—particularly in environments shaped by acquisitions, rapid expansion, and operational complexity.
Prior to BluSky, Aaron served as Vice President of Technology and Engineering at CorePower Yoga, where he led enterprise technology across IT and engineering for a national consumer brand, supporting both corporate operations and digital customer platforms. In this role, he led engineering teams, delivered digital product capabilities, and managed infrastructure and cybersecurity for a distributed national footprint.
Earlier, Aaron served as Chief Technology Officer at CHSI Technologies, where he led product and engineering modernization for a commercial insurance software platform, and as VP Engineering at Tendril/Uplight, where he led multiple engineering teams building large-scale energy and data platforms. Across these roles, he consistently focused on modernizing legacy systems, improving delivery speed, and building scalable cloud-based architectures.
His earlier career includes engineering and leadership roles at organizations including Vail Resorts, Northrop Grumman, and ReadyTalk, where he built and led teams delivering large-scale software systems and mission-critical platforms.
