Dan Flanagan serves as Senior Advisor, Growth at BluSky, where he provides strategic leadership across enterprise account development, commercial expansion, and revenue performance initiatives.
In this role, Dan partners closely with executive and regional leadership to strengthen pipeline performance, improve revenue predictability, and drive more disciplined execution across BluSky’s commercial organization. He plays a key role in advancing enterprise account strategy, supporting strategic client relationships, and ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and delivery teams.
Dan brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial leadership, growth strategy, and sales operations within the restoration and services industry. He has held senior executive roles at BluSky for nearly two decades, including Chief Sales Officer, where he built and scaled the company’s national sales organization and helped establish its position as a leader in large-loss restoration and catastrophe response.
Throughout his tenure, Dan has been instrumental in expanding BluSky’s national footprint, strengthening enterprise client relationships, and building a highly responsive commercial engine capable of supporting complex, time-sensitive restoration needs across the country. His leadership has been central to developing BluSky’s reputation for reliability, speed, and customer-first execution in high-impact environments.
