He has helped lead the company’s expansion from three locations to more than 50 offices nationwide, strengthening operational discipline, expanding large-loss capabilities, and establishing a more consistent, performance-driven operating model across markets.

Dave brings decades of experience in disaster recovery and construction, with deep expertise in managing high-complexity projects and large-scale catastrophic events. He has led multi-million-dollar recovery efforts following the 1994 Northridge Earthquake, supported widespread restoration during the Texas winter freeze, and overseen coordinated response efforts across major hurricane events. His ability to mobilize teams rapidly, allocate resources effectively, and execute at scale reinforces BluSky’s position as a trusted partner in high-stakes environments.
