Frank Budde

Frank Budde serves as Chief Financial Officer at BluSky Restoration Contractors, where he leads financial strategy, capital allocation, and performance management to support disciplined growth and long-term enterprise value creation across a national platform.

Frank is a finance and accounting executive with deep experience in private equity-backed and publicly traded organizations. He partners closely with executive leadership to drive value creation through M&A, operational rigor, and data-driven decision-making, helping scale businesses across both manufacturing and services environments.

Since joining BluSky, Frank has played a critical role in strengthening the company’s financial discipline and building a more sophisticated, insight-driven finance organization. He has enhanced FP&A capabilities, improved visibility into operational performance, and established financial systems that support more accurate forecasting, capital planning, and margin optimization. His leadership has been central to enabling both organic growth and a disciplined acquisition strategy.

Prior to BluSky, Frank spent more than a decade with Avient Corporation, where he held progressive finance leadership roles, ultimately serving as Global Finance Director for a $750M+ specialty engineered materials segment spanning six global business units. In that role, he was responsible for financial planning, capital allocation, pricing strategy support, incentive design, and enterprise-wide forecasting.

At BluSky, Frank is focused on further strengthening financial rigor, increasing predictability in performance, and ensuring the organization has the financial infrastructure required to scale efficiently. His work is central to positioning BluSky as a disciplined, high-performing platform capable of sustained growth and long-term value creation.
