Jeannie Hernández

Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Jeannie Hernández serves as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at BluSky Restoration Contractors, where she oversees the company’s legal, human resources, compliance, risk management, and safety functions. In this role, she is responsible for building systems and processes for people services, safety and risk infrastructure that supports BluSky’s continued growth and operational excellence. 

Jeannie is a strategic operator known for designing scalable systems, controls, and operating frameworks that enable rapid growth while strengthening accountability, consistency, and enterprise risk management. She partners closely with executive leadership to align legal, team leaders, and compliance functions with business strategy – helping BluSky scale efficiently, integrate complexity, and maintain disciplined execution across the national footprint. 

Her leadership approach is grounded in clarity, transparency, and datadriven decisionmaking. Jeannie believes strong performance is achieved when expectations are clearly defined, processes are built to support teams, and technology is leveraged to drive consistency and insight across the organization. 

Prior to joining BluSky, Jeannie held senior legal and administrative leadership roles at several global organizations. At Sodexo, she partnered with executive leadership through periods of transformation, advising on complex regulatory, employment, and operational matters at scale. She previously served as General Counsel at Daymon Worldwide and held senior legal leadership roles at Pitney Bowes, supporting large, multimarket organizations with sophisticated governance and risk requirements. 

Jeannie holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College.
