Mark Minasian

Mark Minasian has served as Chief Executive Officer of BluSky Restoration Services since September 2025, following his service on the Company’s Board of Directors. In this role, he leads BluSky’s strategy and value creation agenda, with a focus on scaling a national, technology-enabled platform, expanding enterprise client relationships, and driving operational excellence across a highly distributed service delivery model. Mr. Minasian is a founder-CEO with a demonstrated track record of building, scaling, and institutionalizing platforms through multiple private equity investment cycles, with over 30 years of industry experience, including more than 20 years leading businesses under private equity ownership. He co-founded Kellermeyer Bergensons Services LLC (KBS) and led its transformation into the largest privately held facilities services provider in North America, delivering integrated solutions across thousands of locations and supporting large-scale enterprise clients across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Across his career, Mr. Minasian has led and executed dozens of platform and add-on acquisitions across facilities management, IT services, and security services, including sourcing, structuring, and full integration. His experience is further defined by developing and expanding enterprise client partnerships across the facilities and services sectors, driving organic growth alongside M&A through the standardization of operations across acquired and existing businesses and the realization of synergies at scale.

Mr. Minasian has partnered with leading private equity firms, including Partners Group, Kohlberg & Company, GI Partners, Cerberus Capital Management, and others. He has also partnered with leading private credit providers in connection with financing, recapitalizations, and growth investments.

Since joining BluSky, he is focused on advancing a range of strategic initiatives across M&A, operational standardization, and technology enablement, positioning BluSky as a differentiated, scaled platform capable of supporting continued growth and value creation.

Mr. Minasian currently serves on the Board of Directors of BluSky Restoration Services and is Chairman of the Board of Kellermeyer Bergensons Services LLC. He has previously served on the boards of PlanIT Group and Off Duty Officers Inc. He holds a BA in International Relations from the University of San Diego and served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve.
