Tim Haas
Regional Vice President - Northeast
Tim Haas serves as Regional Vice President – Northeast at BluSky, where he leads operational performance, regional growth, and team development across a multi-state footprint.
In this role, Tim is responsible for driving consistent execution across branch operations while strengthening performance, accountability, and customer outcomes throughout the Northeast region. He partners closely with local leadership teams to build operational discipline, develop talent, and ensure BluSky delivers reliable, high-quality restoration services in complex, time-sensitive environments.
Tim brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across the restoration and construction industry, with deep expertise in multi-market operations, large-scale organizational growth, and end-to-end claims-driven restoration. Prior to BluSky, he spent over a decade in progressive leadership roles at Mammoth Restoration, where he ultimately served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Centralized Operations. In those roles, he helped scale the organization through periods of rapid growth, overseeing operational systems, field execution, and cross-functional coordination across multiple regions.
Earlier in his career, Tim developed hands-on experience across the insurance and restoration lifecycle, working directly with property managers, risk managers, adjusters, and contractors to manage complex water, fire, and smoke damage claims from intake through completion. This ground-level experience gives him a strong operational and customer-first perspective that continues to inform his leadership approach.
Tim is also a former Penn State student-athlete and wrestling team captain, where he earned recognition for resilience, discipline, and leadership—qualities that continue to define his professional style today.
