Lyle Rakers - Office Vice President
As vice president, Lyle Rakers is responsible for the leadership, day to day sales & estimating and overall operations of the Perryville, MO office.
Lyle began his career in the insurance industry nearly 20 years ago as a large loss adjuster with American Family Insurance. He entered the restoration industry in 2010 and has held many positions including, estimator, project manager, growth and business development manager, regional manager, and now vice president of operations.
Lyle’s knowledge and professionalism in the insurance and restoration field has earned him a reputation as an industry expert. He received a bachelor’s degree from McKendree University, where he played basketball for the legendary Harry Statham and met his wife Sarah. They currently have two kids, Laurel and Carson and reside in Ballwin, MO.
