Troy Berns

Vice President of Sales

Troy has more than 25 years of experience as a sales and business development professional helping companies of all sizes grow strategically in the business-to-business and healthcare service sector. His experience stems from a strong work ethic developed while working his way through college selling educational books, serving as a medical device sales representative working with physicians in the operating room, and now, managing growth and national sales within the restoration services industry.

As Vice President of Sales, Troy is largely involved with managing and developing BluSky’s national business development team and national accounts. Troy’s areas of expertise include strategic business growth and development, sales and marketing, sales training and development, customer service and recruiting. Troy is also part of BluSky’s senior leadership team.

Troy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing at the University of Northern Iowa in 1998. Troy and his wife Angela have 2 kids and live in Highlands Ranch, CO. They spend much of their time at soccer games and other kids’ activities and enjoy free time in the mountains, skiing, biking, paddle boarding, and four-wheeling.
