Today, May 28, 2024, is the 20th anniversary of the founding of BluSky Restoration Contractors. While we intend to recognize and celebrate various groups and milestones throughout this year, our first recognition of appreciation goes to all our employees, past and present.
When Terry Shadwick started BluSky, the two foundations of the firm’s success were customer service, and our people and culture. BluSky was completely dependent upon employees for its success. And due to its commitment, starting in the early years of the firm and continuing to this day, BluSky has won many awards for Best Places to Work.
Our people have always made the difference in our firm. Their selfless dedication to serve our customers, was and is the most important factor to our company’s success. It was recognition of this fact that led us to develop our employee promise.
